Buybox box suddenly crashed

Hello,
The 2 day history of the purchase box suddenly started showing as – and my orders were discontinued.
Has anyone had these problems before. We sell as fbm.

Have you checked your listings are still live and that you are actually in the buy box ?

Mine says the same but I’m still receiving orders
That box isn’t always accurate anyway

My buy box shows the same this morning. It looks more like an Amazon issue than an issue just for you.

It does this every now and again and it is not normally something to worry about.

If you are not getting orders you need to look into your listings and see if you still have the buy box or if there is another issue causing no sales.
