Cannot use 'condition note' box when loading book

since format change I can no longer use the ‘condition note’ box when loading a book

It’s a known issue that amazon won’t admit to.

You need to revert back to the older listing tool. That works perfectly.

It should have defaulted to that now. Hope that makes sense.

Condition Notes have been discontinued for “New” items some time ago, however they can be still filled for products in different conditions.

yes, for ‘new’ it’s not possible, but currently, since a few days ago, it’s not possible for ‘used’ either. causing problems for me. michael
