Deposit Bank Account Problem
I’ve received the following email from Amazon:
Your most recent transfer in the amount of £xxx.xx was not successfully deposited into your bank account on file ending in xxx. The transfer of funds was not successful due to incorrect routing number. The funds were returned to us and we have removed the current bank account information from your seller account. To receive funds you will need to update your bank account information by following these instructions:
- Log in to your seller account and go to your seller account information page.
- In the Deposit Method section, click Edit.
- Update your account with a valid bank account and routing number.
Your funds will be deposited in the updated bank account on the next scheduled transfer date.
I’ve managed to put my bank details back but they show as my Amazon name IE AKB not the name on my bank account. There is no option to change this as it is not editable. What should I do here?

If you are unable to edit your account details, I would advise you to e-mail seller-verification-enquiry@amazon.co.uk or open a case with the Seller Support requesting them to enable the “Edit” function of the greyed out fields.

I’m due two small disbursements, what is odd is that they haven’t held my card for £1 each time as they always do.
They have done this for years each time I disperse so something must be wrong

Same issue here since yesterday. I did not tried another manual withdraw because im worried this may trigger verification. My next automatic withdraw is 9 days and hope that they will fix it.
