Locked Out Of Account for 5 days

Beginning of the week Amazon have decided to lock us out of our account besides our case logs.

After a dozen calls nothing has happened and updating the details nothing has been approved

They said first update it which we did then 24 hours then 48 hours someone manually approves the detail and still nothing its been 5 days now

Seller services are the worst I have seen in 12 months of using seller central and the robot responses from them are ridiculous to the point

Any ideas what we can do as absolute no card works

So if the credit card you are using isnt being accepted it means you need a credit card from a different provider that is accetable.

Are you a new seller or old seller that has had the card invalidated all of a sudden? Also what bank are you with? Is it a credit card or debit card?
