Premium Delivery Eligibility Valid Tracking Usage Rate

Hi,

We keep on loosing the Eligibility for Premium Delivery service yet have SFP. I think we upload all the tracking numbers correctly for the Next Day delivery service. Why is the Valid Tracking Usage Rate high? Attached screenshot from the delivery report. Seems that Amazon is not picking up the Actual Delivery Date from the tracking numbers?

On-Time Delivery Rate
100.0%
Required ≥ 97%
3/3

Pre-fulfillment Cancel Rate
0.0%
Required < 0.5%

Valid Tracking Usage Rate (Where do I pull this data from)
30.0%
Required ≥ 100%
3/10

Any help will be much appreciated.

Which carrier service did you use?
Is it DHL Express, or DHL Parcel (formerly UKMAIL)?
If it’s DHL Parcel (14-digit tracking) Amazon won’t take it as a valid tracking.

It was, according to our DHL PARCEL acc. manager that Amazon approached them years ago but UKMAIL rejected their requested rates. After that UKMAIL wasn’t deemed as a “valid” carrier by Amz, although now a lot of retailers are using them incl. John Lewis etc.

Hi

Thanks for reply.

We have a UKMail account. We can track parcels using dhl website so not sure what the issue is.

From what you are saying we can’t use UKMail?

Can you recommend a reliable carrier to use for Premium service?

HI
We too have had this issue with the Premium Shipping! I have been fobbed off by Seller “Support” since mid August. I had no idea that UK Mail/DHL were not supported carriers (why?!?) and no one from Amazon could tell me why my VTR report showed invalid tracking numbers - They just kept on telling me to submit a plan of action! It’s very poor that Amazon can’t assist with real & practical soultions!
When our Premium Shipping is reinstated, I will, for a trial period, send items via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and monitor the situation from there!
Thanks

I have just found this on Amazon’s FAQ page regarding Premium Shipping…

DHL clearly listed!! I have been using DHL as well and my Valid Tracking Report doesn’t recognise it as a valid carrier!!

We are now eligible for Premium Delivery. However this is not showing on our listings. Is anyone else having this problem? We emailed seller-performance@amazon.co.uk over 24 hours ago but have not had any response. It is business critical to be able to offer an express shipping this time of year.

We emailed seller support they say email seller performance.

Listings are showing Get it Tue, 24 Dec. - Mon, 30 Dec. but no option for next day.**

Is there any moderator that can help us?

We have the same Issue after changing from DPD to DHL Parcel UK & our tracking rate has dropped from 100% to 18%
I have changed the courier name from DHL PARCEL UK to DHL & that is still showing as not valid Tracking, however, when typing in UK MAIL, it is corrected to UKMail by Amazon, so I will give it 24hrs to update the report & see if I need to change the courier name on every single order, to their old name.

I’ve also noticed that City Link still appear on Amazon’s Courier list, showing how out of date this courier list is, as City Link went under 5 years ago.
