Amazon and Prime

I suspect I have been put on Prime by MISTAKE. I DO NOT WANT TO BE ON PRIME. How can I contact Amazon to get me OFF PRIME. .

that would be on your buyer side

If you login and go to your account, your prime membership you should be able to cancel it there.

Pretty sure £12.90 isn’t prime.

Its only £8.99 (maybe £9.99 now?) a month

I would have a look at your subscriptions on your buyer account and see what is on it.

I love how the OP is shouting at the forum like an angry Karen thinking that we are Amazon.

Too many people in this world don’t take responsibility for their actions, something that you did got you in this position, Amazon don’t just auto enrol people into Prime membership, I’m sure they would love to be able to, but it just doesn’t happen.

Just cancel the subscription, it really is that simple.

Just be careful as there are quite a few scam emails and phone contacts purporting to be from Amazon re existent/non-existent Prime memberships, I get at least 1 a month

Could the £12.90 be the purchase made for which the Prime trial was accidentally activated?
