Request for Assistance: Issues with Amazon Business Prime Account Confirmation

I recently registered a business in America and intended to open a business account on Amazon. However, I encountered difficulties as Amazon didn't confirm my account. Despite providing all necessary documents for my registered business in America, I received a response from Amazon stating, 'Our team closely examined your account and any related accounts,' but no further clarification.

This situation is quite upsetting, especially considering I have meticulously prepared all required documentation. I only have one seller account and wish to maintain separate seller and buyer accounts without registering under the same email address.

I'm curious to know how others have navigated similar challenges. What steps should I take next? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
