If your products have been deactivated then you need to review your Performance Notifications and your Account Health Dashboard for additional information as to how to appeal the decision.

When listing products on Amazon you need to ensure that they comply with all applicable laws, regulations and Amazon's policies. You will need to review any help pages related to restricted products to assist you with listing and appealing the decision that has been made. I will share 3 pages but there are others that you will be able to locate through these pages and on the left hand side of the page:
- Category, product and listing restrictions
- Restricted products
- Additional information and resources for sellers about our Restricted Products policy
The last page I shared has information about creating a plan of action which may be of assistance to you.

Even if the listing has been reinstated you need to appeal any action that has been taken against your account. As mentioned in my previous post, one of the help pages has information about creating a plan of action. The emails from the team may also contain other help pages that will be able to assist you with an appeal.
