Poor seller support
Hi guys,
I send my 2 shipments to Amazon fulfilment center via DHL Express. Both shipments were delivered by DHL with proof of delivery. One shipment Amazon have lost it and is not taking liability and saying they cant find it and the second shipment was 140 units/7 boxes but again Amazon have updated my inventory with only 60 units and saying they have only received 60 units where as i have provided them with invoices and proof of delivery ETC but they are not providing proper support and just keep sending me copy paste responses. I believe Amazon have lost my shipments and is not compensating me. I have all the proofs and invoices. its been almost 3 months now since im trying contacting Amazon to get the resolution. I feel so vulnerable and dont know what to do. It would be a big loss for me if Amazon does not compensate me. Please guide me what options i have to retrieve either my money or my goods from Amazon. Thanks

Same as here 7 Boxes delivered in DE via parcelforce few months ago around 600 units , after providing invoices, tracking , proof of owner ship , At last gave up .. @ Zaib786 , - Do have experience with similar situation - Yes but not good one as always . Open case and later escalated , all are waste of time asking for help from SS team ..

Unfortunately this is very common. I get items missing on nearly every shipment that Amazon will not investigate.

I had one instance of a shipment being stuck at Delivered for months, seller support were no support at all so eventually raised a case with MD's office and got reimbursed. Can't say if it's the norm but it worked for me.

Same unfortunately, say they have no record of delivery and we should claim from the courier... who provide POD so obviously will not compensate. So frustrating and poor service. I know this doesn't help you, sorry.

i am having the same issue while the inventory gets delivered takes forever to go live call support team even they don’t know what’s going on the customer seller support is disappointing, there has to be check and balance.

Guys i have got reimbursements for my 2 FBA lost shipments so i would encourage everyone not to just give up, Instead gather all the supporting documents and provide it to support and do not forget to use this Discussion Forum Platform it is really effective. Atleast it worked for me. Good Luck everyone !
