Shipment Issues

I have started selling on amazon 3 months back, but its very dissapointing journey for me. I strongly feel that Amazon give ZERO preference to the sellers. So customer is King and ATS as well.

I have been complaining time and again that the shipment is not being picked, this has landed me with a cancelled order and also affected my account health. I complained for that and they keep promising that it will be rectified but health still remains the same.

On 30th Aug I gave ATS guy 4 orders in total, 1 was scheduled to be picked same day and other 3 orders were scheduled to be picked on 31st Aug but I still handed those over as I was going outstation and I didn't want it to be late.

Now all 3 orders are showing waiting for pickup and I have complained end number of times that I have already given the parcels but Amazon is trusting ATS as he is saying that seller is not giving parcel as its not ready.

Now my 3 parcels are gone which is a monetary loss to me and my account health is gone for a toss and can be suspended and also I am going to lose the customers who ordered.

Sometimes I wonder is it better to self ship than sending through ATS and was selling on Amazon a good idea where sellers are treated like this.
