Follow-Up on Appeal Submission undersection 3 – Repeated Request for Submitted Documents

Dear Amazon Performance Team @Stevie_Amazon @Atlas_Amazon@Nikki_Amazon@Emet_Amazon@TaylorR_Amazon

I am writing to follow up on my recent appeal submission regarding the deactivation of my seller account under section 3 of 1 specific ASIN.

My account deactivated on last 27 November 2024.I've gone through 1st video interview verification on 12 December 2024. It have been a month now since last deactivation. As requested by amazon, I have already submitted multiple times all the necessary documents, including:

- A valid government-issued photo identity document

- Supply chain documents

- Order confirmation and shipping documents

- Proof of delivery document

These documents were submitted and contained all the requested details. However, I have noticed that Amazon is still requesting the same documents I have already provided by using same email template. To ensure there is no misunderstanding or issue with the uploaded files, I kindly request that amazon performance team here review the previously submitted documents once more.

If there are specific concerns or additional details needed, please provide clarification so I can address them promptly.

I have opened new Case: 16933199371 to follow-up on this issues.

As a committed seller, I am eager to resolve this matter efficiently and to continue adhering to Amazon's policies. I greatly appreciate your assistance in this process and look forward to your prompt response.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Best regards,
