discussion. My account has been decatived since 6 months and I have sent 20 Appeals and no any appeal is read and responded properly. I want to raise official complaint against Appeal team. Then might I need to take legal action against them.reason for taking legal actions
1- they normally keep small accounts deactivated for no genuine reason and push small sellers to online account specialist who charge heavy amount for reinstating an account . Who are they? If they are successful it indicates they could be appeal team it self, who are earning corrupt side money on their expertise. Or if they are scammers and we do lose our money then why appeal team is not resolving issue, performing their job and pushing me or others sellers to scammers?
20 Appeals are submitted on the instructions of the Account specialist so far, and i have provided enough evidence and explaination but I beleive Account specialist are hopeless and both team are not on one page.
Third point Appeal team has made my data very unprotected and sensitive. However this is crimnal offence in the UK. I have opened my friend account who lives in Australia. I have not touched and changed any thing. But his account has got deactivated into same reason that my account has been deactivated. How is this possible ?
I want to raise officail complaint with Financial ombudsman and after complaint about GDPR offence and latter I will go to money claimin the Court which is my income blocked for six months due to carelesness and negligence of stupid Appeal team.
