Can't reactivate my Amazon seller account keep rejecting.
Hi, I m from UK my amazon account has been deactivated now Amazon want’s ,A business license if applicable-- A utility bill dated for piped gas, natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile phone, fixed-line phone, or internet service.
I have sent mobile phone bill, tenancy agreement so many time and also council tax but keep rejecting so please kindly help me to sort out this thanks …

they require a utility bill for your residential address and your business UTR number

I m a tenant my landlord paying all the bills, it’s not on my name it’s on my landlord’s name

How do I reactivate my account?
To reactivate your account, please confirm that there is a valid credit card on file and submit one of the following documents:
- A business license if applicable
- A utility bill dated for piped gas, natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile phone, fixed-line phone, or internet service
I have uploaded the mobile phone but keep rejected so please what should I do now the utility bills are all on my landlord name not on my name.

does the info on the phone bill exactly match your name and address and have you included all pages?

as I said- without a utility bill and a business UTR number you cannot sell on Amazon

yeah I have given my bank statements for all last three months. And yeah every single thing on my phone bill is matching and also I have uploaded all the pages but still keep rejecting.

Why they aren’t accepting my phone bill as they saying we can accept down below things on the message.
