Error 5665 -Brand name

Hi,
I have a filed for trademark in the IPO office and my trademark is in published stage at the moment. By using this documentation I have managed to use brand name on my product listing on Amazon without going through the Amazon brand registry process.

Now I am trying to create a new product listing, when I put in my brand name in the field “brand name“ it says error, 5665.

In a nutshell I’ve already got a product on Amazon, which I am selling under a brand name and that brand is not registered on Amazon brand registty. However, when I’m trying to create a new product listing it wouldn’t let me use that brand name and give me the error 5665. Has anyone experienced this before? thanks a lot for all the help.
