Title and bullet points don't respect out back-end inputs. [brand owner]

Hello,

I've been facing a persistent issue with my Amazon.DE listing, I have never been able to resolve it despite multiple attempts. I want to expand my business to Amazon.DE via FBA but cannot if this issue is persistent, it has to be resolved for me to start sending units to Amazon.de.

The problem

The title and bullet points on our listing don't reflect our backend inputs. Instead, Amazon displays its own incorrect information, which is harmful and misleading to our customers' experience.

Despite following Amazon's suggestions, like deleting the listing completely and re-uploading via a flat-feed, the problem persists. As the brand owner, it's vital that our backend inputs are accurately displayed for customers.

It's strange why Amazon overrides my listing, causing confusion. As I don't speak German, I've posted on the UK forum, hoping for assistance in escalation.

The best case ID for reference is [9603483582] you can also access the flat-feed file there too on the case.

Look forward to hearing from someone at Amazon or anyone else that can help resolve it.

Thank you.

Hello @Seller_K9jJi24aTyFjk,

Here Simon from Amazon, happy to help.

As per the correspondence of the Case ID you provided, I see the team is looking into it and they will provide updates as soon as they have any.

For my understanding, have you applied the changes on the Parent ASIN?

Please keep me updated on the outcome.

Best,

Simon

Hello,

Thank you for your prompt response. Yes, the case has indeed been reopened.

Regarding the bullet points concerning the parent ASIN, we were informed that they were only required for categories such as 'Clothing, Accessories & Luggage, Sporting Goods, and Beauty categories' As we operate within the 'Pet Supplies' category, they are not mandatory for us. However, we have taken the initiative to update them nonetheless, without success.

Please keep an eye on this forum post, as I will provide updates if any progress is made.

While you're here, could you also spare a moment to glance over my other forum post?

We have been waiting for reimbursement for over 4 months now for a sum of £ 1,848.26, it's really taking too long to resolve.
