Listings Evaluation

Hi guys

Having read this forum everyday and the horror stories people have to go through it’s finally happened to me.

I received an email from listings evaluations saying all my listings had been cancelled. The problem is minor and can be fixed which I did straight away.

My question is has anyone else dealt with listings evaluations and how long did it take to get the listings activated again? It’s been 2 days and I’ve had no reply yet.

What you are talking about is most likely a pq-review, in which Amazon is asking you to provide invoices.

However, it would be good if you posted the original performance notification, otherwise no one will be able to help.

I’ve still had no reponse from the listings evaluation team, seller support aren’t responding and I also tried seller performance this morning and haven’t received a reply yet.

Has anyone any ideas on how I could speak to someone at amazon?

Still no reply from listings evaluation yet. Support closing the door still.

Will keep updating and I’ll also update with why this has happened soon so it won’t happen to anyone else.
