Funds held in a closed amazon account

We closed our account on Amazon UK and deactivated our VAT number.
After we did this Amazon found funds and added them to our "Account Level Reserve"
We want the money but do not want to reopen the account, how can we get it? We cannot open a case to seller support.

you cannot- Amazon will not disperse to a deactivated account.
