Thank you for utilizing Seller Forums to obtain help with AHR score not showing on your account health page.
I need help, I have no account health score that should be between almost 650-700.
If you are currently enrolled in Remote Fulfillment and a large portion of your offers have been auto-listed or updated through Build International Listings into Canada, Mexico or Brazil, you will not see your Account Health Rating as we have paused calculation of your rating to allow you time to address any potential violations that your listings may have for the new destination store. Policy violations will keep appearing on the Account Health Dashboard of each store, and you should still address them to avoid listings getting deactivated. If you have no policy violations listed, you should continue monitoring the dashboard, but no other action is required.

I have the same issue.
How long will it remain paused like this?
Can we unpause it ourselves?
I had a score of ~500 all year long before it disappeared. If my Account Health Insurance still effective while this is paused?

For now, the pause in receiving AHR scores are indefinite.
Sellers are unable to resume or restart the process on their own.
Yes but policy violations will keep appearing on the Account Health Dashboard of each store, and you should still address them to avoid listings getting deactivated, account deactivation and also to keep your Account Health Assurance benefits.

Hi Nikki,
Thanks and I'm RELIEVED to learn my Account Health Insurance is still effective.
However, what do I need to do to get my AHR back? It's only missing for Amazon.CA by the way. They're still showing on .COM and .MX.
But the one I care about is the one on .CA.
