I have been on Amazon Handmade for some years, but do not have any active listings due to Amazon deactivating them for 'not white enough' backgrounds mostly. I just recived an email suggesting I have a negative balance; I haven't sold anything for several years! I got onto chat and they said it is subscription fees I told them I am on handmade, not standard Amazon, they did not seem to understand and eventually said a 'specialist will contact me by email. I haven't heard yet. I cannot pay anyway, this is insane.
