Have you appealed the decision with the proof of delivery?
Seller_ZJhFeE3tNKzfh
All you can do is appeal the A-Z at this point. Have you done that?

Hello @Seller_kplUbKzWQWQzT,
as suggested by other sellers, you can appeal the A-to-Z guarantee claim.
Appeal an A-to-z Guarantee Claim
If you have already done it and was not successful, please share the Order ID and I will check what I can do.
Kind regards,
Sarah.

Are you now saying Amazon A-Z Claims will accept a Proof of Delivery Photo as a defence of a claim?
As others have said they reject everything usually other than a Signature, and since Covid, many signatures are the Delivery Driver, and the name of the person accepting the parcel (which cold be another person at the address, or even a neighbour).
Evri and RM often have GPS to prove at an address, is that any good?
The photo, of an open door, you would think ok, but usually the Buyer is still refunded.
Of course, the query is then raised about a photo of a delivery, without any proof a person has the parcel, in a porch, etc. So, who should accept that as a loss?
DPD sometimes say for example no claim possible as the Buyer logged into the App and accepted the risk. If the driver decided though, surely the courier should accept the claim? - either way still should not count against the Seller.
The last 10 deliveries received by me, by Evri, RM, DPD and Amazon, were without a signature and worse, they did not even wait for me to come to the door. Some just left the parcel, others ring the Door Buzzer, then immediately leave hoping I am in - so if I wasn't and it was stolen, then as a Buyer, I should be entitled to a refund, even though the courier is at fault and not the Seller

i much appricate this its just causing me depresion and stress as i have been selling on amazon for many years with honelsty all we make is a few pounds profit then yu get this heafach i have a few opend as follows
204-3467450-3115503 - this is under review i am shocked on this one as customer ordered received item then after a few weeks they opened a returns case saying wrong item ordered so nothing was returned a month later they opened a a-z saying different to what they ordered and missing
204-8161087-7057135 - bought label from amazon seller central order shows delivered with tracking but they granted refund and denied appeal
there is also a charge back claim opened they say 1 item missing out f the 4 which we sent out all 4 we asked the customer questions to upload packaging label boxes etc but they never would do this

You could have a photo of the customer standing at the door step with passport open, holding the parcel and they would still refund them. The only thing amazon will accept is a signature by the addressee only, not someone else at the same address or even a neighbour.
I suggest if you have a photo of the customer receiving the item, send them a copy of it and say you will ask the courier to come round again and collect the item if it is an incorrect address. I do that and very often, it has suddenly turned up or someone else had it and I give them my bank details and they make payment again

somebody sitting in the far East, India, Bangladesh working for 200 USD a month, is not bothered to refund your hard earned money. You dont want to know what they do with Seller fulfilled Prime Orders. No Notification of refunds, No A2Z, no message from customer, Amazon customer service is busy refunding (delivered) orders while sipping tea. Cheers

I have suffered many similar occurrences I'm afraid it is common for Amazon to aid and abet fraudsters as their policies favour the buyer .If you use EVRI you must pay the extra 60p to get a signed POD on delivery otherwise you can kiss goodbye to your money. If you did get a signed POD and the value of your loss justifies a county court claim then get a solicitor on the case who will decide which parties to sue.
