FBA Shipment lost during FC Transfer
This is my FBA Shipment id: FBA18CLR35CP
I send this shipment on August 31st 2024 it was checked in and the Shipment is also closed but those products are still out of stock and it is not showing in my inventory. It is showing has 0. It was lost during FC transfer. I am trying to contact seller support every seller support person saying the same it will take 60 days for Available. Today it complete 60 days. Can someone please try to resolve the Issue.

This inventory is currently being transferred between fulfillment centers, and it can take several weeks for it to be received. In order to allow sufficient time for transferred inventory to be received at the fulfillment center, please wait at least 60 days after a warehouse transfer-out event to submit an investigation related to discrepancies between warehouse transfers in and out.
The transfer occurred on Sep 13th, which is only 47 days at this point.
