We submitted the documents on August 23rd through the compliance dashboard and were informed that the review process would take approximately 15 business days. However, today is September 25th, and it has been over 30 days with no updates. Our stranded inventory is at risk of automatic removal. Could someone please assist us with this issue?

It would appear that you received a follow up from the associated teams regarding your documentation. They have provided the following guidance that needs to be met prior to approving the ASIN:

In order to list these toys on Amazon, please apply by submitting the following items.

1. A test report from an ISO 17025-accredited testing laboratory confirming each product was tested to the requirements listed below:

i) SOR/2011-17

ii) SOR/2016-188

iii) SOR/2016-193

iv) SOR/2018-83

2. We are contacting you because we noticed that the recommended Age Grade of the ASIN is missing on the product(s) detail page.

Please update the product(s) detail page with the recommended Age Grading (the manufacturer_minimum_age attribute) identified on the ASINs third party test report in order to move forward with the approval process.
