My account is now deactivated so seller support refuse to speak to me

following on from here

They have now just deactivated my account

Should I go a letter before action now on the 4k they are witholding or do anything else?

If you can't pass KYC Amazon may ask the court to block any action by you as they are obliged by law to carryout KYC verification. This is likely to be granted and put the ball straight back in your court.

Not knowing the full picture but scanning your recent posts it suggests the use of a virtual address is at least one issue, if you're convinced that is the only issue, you don't have business premises and don't want to disclose your home address ask your accountant if you can register at their address, most will allow this but may charge a small fee.

I personally would look into Mediation first before a small claims action.

With mediation you have to commit to small fee but often cases are resolved before the fee is payable. Some sellers get really quick responses.

A small claims court is not guaranteed to find in your favour, Amazon may argue that you have not passed KYC and they are legally withholding your funds why they confirm your identity.

Looking at your other thread on this it is the virtual address causing you problems. Amazon use this as a test for NETP sellers who should be paying VAT.
