Why Amazon is putting down my Top performing listing?
Dear Amazon Forum team,
Please, help. I have top performing listing, which was a Best seller in my category for months. However, when I submitted it for White Friday deal, it was not approved. Moreover, I am not able to create coupon for it, as I am getting mistake that it was classified as an "Adult product". It is portable bidet, not Adult product. It was successfully selling for long time, has good rating and lots of customer reviews, confirming that it is portable bidet. It is my own branded product and I am the only authorized seller of it. However, due to this amazon labeling it as adult product, my ASIN has block from product search which is causing the search restriction, i don't have White Friday deal, coupons, etc and my listing is going down.
I submitted 2 cases (10498717562 and 10478938152) to sales support but NO ACTION was taken during 21 days! My last case has status "Pending Amazon Action" and support team is replying during last 2 weeks that "Your request is currently under investigation. I hope you can bear with us a while we continue our investigation on this case and provide you with a resolution."
As result, Amazon is putting down my top performing listing and stopping me from using Friday opportunities. Please, help.

Dear Adam,
Thank you for your support. As we approach the New Year, I hope you had a wonderful Christmas!
I wanted to follow up regarding the ongoing issue with the my listing. The response i received was the same: "In this browse node, the 'Personal Care' (12264294031) is listed as an excluded browse node, which needs to be removed in order to resolve the issue and make you eligible for coupon creation."
I am aware of this problem and have requested multiple times for it to be addressed, as I am unable to resolve it myself. I initially created a listing in the Bidets category, which was a best-selling product for several months. However, Amazon changed its category and added this excluded browse node to my listing a few months ago.
Since then, I have faced numerous challenges due to this issue. My ASIN is blocked from product search, resulting in search restrictions, and I am currently unable to create coupons. This has negatively impacted my listing's visibility and performance.
I have already requested a change to the correct product category, but my previous request (ID 10146841482) was rejected. My current request (ID 10644016852) is in progress, and I sincerely hope Amazon will approve the removal of this excluded browse node and replace it with the correct one.
I kindly ask for your support in this matter, as it is crucial for the success of my business.
Thank you for your attention to this issue.
Best regards, Alena

Thank you, Adam!
We just received the reply for the support case: "We understand that you suggested a category browse node change to the ASIN due to which you are facing multiple issues. Your request to update the browse node was declined."
So, this request (ID 10644016852) to change restricted browse node was declined once again regardless of multiple issues which we have with this browse node. This is second time this request was declined.
Hope, your escalation to the local teams will help. Otherwise I will have to escape this to the higher level.
Please, keep me posted. Thank you once again for your support.
Thanks and regards, Alena

Dear Adam,
Thank you for your assistance.
Unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved. My listing is still associated with the restricted browse node 12264943031. A few days ago, the Amazon Category Manager informed me via email that it would be reclassified, but this has not occurred yet.
I will monitor the situation until Sunday 25.01.25 to see if there are any updates reflecting actions taken. If there’s no change, I may need to escalate the matter further, as it appears my issue is not being addressed by the appropriate teams.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
Alena
