Updates to European programme policies
Effective October 2, 2024, we’ll make the following updates to European programme policies:
- The Funds Withholding policy will be renamed the Funds Disbursement Eligibility policy. The policy will also be updated to clarify why we maintain this policy, how you can appeal disbursements 60 days from the date of account deactivation, how we evaluate appeals, and examples of activities that may result in our decision not to disburse funds in accordance with the Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement.
- The Amazon Partnered Carrier terms and agreements for Germany will be updated to clarify the role of the parties involved.
- We’ll add existing policies to the programme policies page to ensure that you can access contractual obligations between you and Amazon in a centralised location. This update is for clarification only and doesn’t come with any changes to your rights and obligations.
