my account is deactivated amazon is asking for video call verification i want to apply for it kindly help .my account got deactivated since may 30,2023 after two verification it didnt reactivate the email sent by account health suport team session is expired. when i call to amazon they say tell you problems using our forum what should i do now?

Find the suspension notice and POST THAT but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.
Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?

So, did you look at the metrics that they referenced? Usually it will show some things that are involved.
ALSO, the 'deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity' can involve what they term 'abuse' as well.
The term 'abuse' on Amazon is and can be extremely wide ranging.
Amazon found SOMETHING they don’t like and it could be something not even related to your NEW account.
Have you EVER had another account?
Have any family members or business associates had other Amazon accounts?
Has ANYONE ever logged into THEIR Amazon account from your home or business?
Have you ever logged into your account from a business location that had an Amazon account of their own?
Have any of the above individuals ever had accounts that have been closed or sanctioned?
Have you ever STARTED to open an account including those ‘Global Accounts’ and you did not finish the account application?
Are you, or HAVE YOU EVER, used one of the deadly Virtual Assistants?
Amazon will match your internet information to every account on the site. They are probably better at it than the CIA and NSA combined for rooting out related accounts that way.
As @bookwormapril has noted in previous posts by people with the "abuse" issue, that the problem could be on the BUYER side.
Those issues could include such things as:
Too many returns, returning damaged items, using the WRONG reason for a return. etc.
Actually got to talk to someone on the phone somehow and swore at them?
Got MAD at them? Yelled? Swore?
All that is considered to be abusive behavior.

ON 26 SEPTEMBER I TRIED amazon send link to slot time for video call verification and i open link and arrange time . it showed notification we will email you two to three days before the video call verification i waited but got no email yet. if i go to link again now so link session is expired now please guide me in seller central amazon step by step where should i go to apply again for verification now i forgot how did i applied before. thanks
