ASTM F963 Compliance
We sell toys, toy prams, strollers, dolls etc.
Amazon has rejected our compliance because they say we're selling strollers for kids (as in to put your kid into and push them around)
We sell toy strollers, to put your dolls into not your kids.
Anyhow we have provided the 3rd party tests, and these has been approved previously however the system can't get past the fact.
Can a community manager pelase help apply some sense to this case ID? 15840855601

Hi @Glenn_Amazon Thank You, however I would expect that the team will come up with the same responses. Our trademark was registerd first at the USPTO - this is now business critical. If you could check up with the case and team, that would be great.

Hi @Glenn_AmazonSelling Partner Support has not resolved this issue and has again directed us to remove our IP from the listing and PDP. The information is fairly basic, two Itellectual properties, different classes, similar names. In fact, if you wanted to get specific our USPTO trademark 'KOOKAMUNGA KIDS' was registerd and approved at the USPTO before 'KOOKAMUNGA'
Why can both IP not co-exist on Amazon?
If no guarantees can be made regarding the ASIN, then the system is simply broken, as we're not infringing upon anyone's IP and the escalation path should be quite simple.

Hi @Glenn_Amazonthe issue has been resolved. Hower the same issue is impacting four more ASIN's in the case log also.

You've indicated that the issue is still impacting four ASINs but then replied that the issue is now resolved. Just checking in, is there still an issue with some of these ASINs or are the ASINs fully restored? If they aren't please just let me know and I can see what further actions I can take. @Glenn_AmazonEverything was resolved and seller support resolved it and all our ASIN's were restored. However just this morning an item that was appproved and reinstated has now been marked as an IP complaint.

This item was successfully reinstated by the team at Amazon, then a notification just sent this morning that it's breaching IP again??
