I recently began selling on amazon and have been doing so with FBA.

If i hasn't been hard enough having to navigate myself through the entire process I now attempt to launch an Ads campaign, only to be told I may fall under HFSS restrictions.

I have spent the last three days and 10's of 10's of back and forth communication, with a variety of answers, saying that i look like ive done everything i need to but then it reverts back to a generic mail, saying remove any product that is HFSS etc......

I have created a document to state that it doesn't fall under any of the 13 categories. Not only that, just for reference I went onto the government website, calculated all the nutritional values and shown that it wouldnt even fall under for that.

My product is just a natural sleep aid supplement. It only holds 26 grams worth of an ingredient spread over 30 capsules, including pouch

None of the ingredients/contents have high levels at all

There are loads of other similar products all being advertised "sponsored"

It is very frustrating and I just need this category restriction to be lifted

Please Help, someone. Ive jumped through every hoop so far. this one just is not one that should hold me back
