No way to message a buyer their package was returned as undeliverable.
I just found out that there is no way for me to message a buyer that their package got returned as undeliverable. The only option appears to be sending a template email to them offering to replace or refund. I don't want to replace the items as the replacement won't get delivered either.
Why can we no longer send a message to the buyer? The template doesn't fit and Amazon isn't letting us edit or comment.

In general I do not attempt to communicate for returned packages. I just refund. If they still allow a message on the refund screen, that can be used. Otherwise just refund and forget about it.

Hi @Seller_9Uf78DYSZ2lcW,
In some cases, such as issues with delivery, you may be able to send a critical message to a buyer. You can learn more about sending critical messages to buyers here.
However, as @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6bl mentioned, you can also refund the item once you receive the item back.
