Product incorrectly classified as an Adult product, Asin is not searchable!
My product B0CG39476P has been classified as an Adult product incorrectly, seller support and brand support replied that the adult classification of the ASIN is set to FALSE now, BUT, it still could not be searchable on amazon. It lasts more than 20 days. Please HELP!
I had created more than 10 cases to slove this issue, all replied like the following:
"We have reviewed the ASIN: B0CG39476P and the adult classification is already correctly set to FALSE. The ASIN: B0CG39476P has block_from_all_product_search=1 which is causing the search restriction.
We have submitted a request to remove this restriction. Please allow up to 72 hours for changes to take place."
But 20 days passed, no changes. Please help us solve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you!
