EMAIL - Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process support

Got this email this morning, says sellers need to go through verification before they reach EUR15000.

We have been through verification and have been selling on Amazon for 12 years, they have all our information, we have been turning over way more than this per month for years!

Has anyone else got it? Is it just a standard mailout?

Documents like Passports / Driving Licence expired with time. It’s a norm with financial management companies to update their clients record as per central bank guidelines on KYC. Re-validate your accounts, it is good for your seller account health.

I’m pleased to see this thread. Yesterday I had a disbursement fail because Amazon stated my credit card was invalid which it isn’t. I have a huge credit availability so it isn’t because it is maxed out.

I then got the verification banner appear. I have been on chat with the verification dept just now and have been told this is routine. It seems it is a coincidence that it all happened at the same time.

After reading this thread my opinion is Amazon are re verifying a lot of sellers. I didn’t get the email that others have received though.

We too have got this ’ You currently have limited access to Amazon Selling Services’ sent the info that has been requested however we aren’t able to open any amazon messages? or open a support case. anyone else have this issue too?

Yes, I’ve just received 2 emails too - “[Action Required] Information needed for your Selling on Amazon payment account” and “Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process support”

Have been selling on Amazon for years and haven’t changed any details recently.

the part where it says proof of registration…and the document has to be issued on or after 29th feb 2020…can anyone advise what document to send?

HI

I have contacted seller support as I have also been selling on Amazon for some 12 years I won’t say without issues as that isn’t an option with Amazon, the message on my home screen now says thank you for the information we will let you know when the verification has been completed, your account access has been limited at this time.

Basically, seller support has no clue what this is about, my concern is if they put a hold on disbursements I may as well put my account into holiday mode as I cant afford in the climate to have money that I unable to access, has anyone managed to find out what this relates to?
