Amazon deactivating my products incorrectly - Amazon Mods please help
Amazon has recently restricted two of my products for no valid reason and getting someone knowledgable on the phone or via chat is impossible. I receive the same boiler plater response which provides no real insight or information how to fix the issue.
How does garlic powder all of sudden become classified as a human ingestible and Amazon not accepting applications for that category. It funny that Amazon is also a seller of the product and the moment I am deactivated from selling it, Amazon becomes the Buy Box for $2 more than i was selling it for prior to being deactivated. All other third party sellers seem to still be allowed to sell the product but they all have higher prices than Amazon buy box price.
Am I being punished for actually charging a fair price for the item?
Moderator - I would love some feed back here and someone that actually knows how to dig a little deeper and find the root cause of this issue. Case ID = 17137786991.
While you are at it please look at Case ID = 17103442271 as well. This one is regarding Vanilla extract that was deactivated for being classified as Hazmat. Even though I am approved for Hazmat products for over a year, it is still deactivated even though I provided all required documentation and photos requested. You have been holding my inventory hostage for well over a month and a half.

Is it always this hard to get help from seller services?!?
TaylorR_Amazon
Hi @Seller_1dIKeNSaPeTl8, it appears that your case was closed due to lack of response. If you were able to collect the requested information, I recommend reopening that case. Thank you!

Hello @TaylorR_Amazon,
Thank you for your reply. I was unable to reply to the original cases and numerous other case were raised without a resolution. I have spoken to many seller support agents about both issues that are outstanding and complied with their requests without any resolve. It would be nice to speak with informative agents instead of being transferred for department to department with no result.
Would it be possible to speak with you regarding these issue in a chat or phone call outside of the forum?

Unfortunately, I am not available for phone calls. I can send you a case, but I do request that you provide me with any Seller Support case IDs that may assist in my research beforehand. Thank you!

Hello @TaylorR_Amazon - below are the numerous seller support cases i created either by phone call or chat:
Please note they are all listed as answered even though the answers I received were insufficient.
17198066951
17197378191
17137786991
17103442271
17136997911

I do not want to mention the ASINs in the forum however please note the following.
There are two ASINs in question.
One ASINs has been inactivated due to an incomplete hazmat review on your side. I am already approved to sell Hazmat items. I have complied with the requests from seller support including me providing an exemption form and 6 sided pictures of the product. This was done three times and still no resolution. I have asked to have the product shipped back to me since it is just collecting dust in your warehouse and that request has gone ignored.
The second ASINs issue is even more frustrating. I was approved to sell the specific item by Amazon. I am sell numerous products of this brand without a problem already. When approval was granted through the "add Product" process, I order the supply from my distributor. When I received the product i prepared the units for FBA fulfillment and shipped all of the units to Amazon. Amazon processed the units and the item became active on my store. the moment the first unit sold, Amazon restricted the items saying I have not authorized to sell it. and my inventory is now also collecting dust in your warehouses. I have submitted emails between me and brand owner. these emails from brand owner show proof that I am allowed to sell their items. Now I am being told by Amazon that I am not allowed to sell "human Ingestible" which was not the case when I originally received approval to sell the item. I beleive this human ingestible tag is incorrect and is a glitch. This is a grocery item not a human ingestible. Either way If I am truly unable to sell ginger powder than I would like to be reimbursed for the FBA fulfillment charges and shipping charges when I first sent the product to FBA and I would like the units returned to me without any charges as this is obviously an issue with Amazon.
It would be nice to have someone with the proper training to take a very deep dive into these two issues and help me resolve these issues. I would like to sell these items but if that is not the case I want all units returned to me free of charge.
Thank you for your time and careful review of these issues.
Regards,
Big_E_Dealz

Thank you for this information, @Seller_1dIKeNSaPeTl8! Allow me some time to deep dive these cases and the two ASINs and I will let you know when I have an update.

@TaylorR_AmazonHave you had a chance to review the tickets? Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

Hello @Seller_1dIKeNSaPeTl8, it seems that the information provided within your cases is accurate. Your account does not currently meet the criteria required to list these products due to account metrics, distribution pathways of the brand, or other factors. If your account becomes eligible to sell this product, you will see "Apply to sell" next to the product in the "Add Products" feature in Seller Central.
You will have to create a removal order to get the inventory back.

Hi @TaylorR_Amazon,
What about the other ASIN? You did not address the exemption form and pictures I submitted. For that ASIN I am unable to locate the units. It just says FC transfer for the last two months and I am unable to create a removal order for that ASIN. I expected better for customer service to locate these in limbo units.

@TaylorR_Amazon I am hazmat approved. I do not understand why there are numerous other sellers currently selling this item but my units need hazmat review. Should all the seller selling this need to conduct a hazmat review? I am unsure why this item that went under hazmat review but could not be classified by your hazmat team effects me but others are still selling it? It is the same item shouldn't we all be treated the same way?
Either way it has been two months and my product is collecting dust in your warehouses. Just send the units back to me... As I indicated earlier I do not have an option of to create a removal order.

I can't really speculate on others' statuses, but it might be flagged at various times or have already completed the review. I would recommend inquiring with Seller Support on next steps.
