Amazon deactivating my products incorrectly - Amazon Mods please help
Amazon has recently restricted two of my products for no valid reason and getting someone knowledgable on the phone or via chat is impossible. I receive the same boiler plater response which provides no real insight or information how to fix the issue.
How does garlic powder all of sudden become classified as a human ingestible and Amazon not accepting applications for that category. It funny that Amazon is also a seller of the product and the moment I am deactivated from selling it, Amazon becomes the Buy Box for $2 more than i was selling it for prior to being deactivated. All other third party sellers seem to still be allowed to sell the product but they all have higher prices than Amazon buy box price.
Am I being punished for actually charging a fair price for the item?
Moderator - I would love some feed back here and someone that actually knows how to dig a little deeper and find the root cause of this issue. Case ID = 17137786991.
While you are at it please look at Case ID = 17103442271 as well. This one is regarding Vanilla extract that was deactivated for being classified as Hazmat. Even though I am approved for Hazmat products for over a year, it is still deactivated even though I provided all required documentation and photos requested. You have been holding my inventory hostage for well over a month and a half.

Is it always this hard to get help from seller services?!?
TaylorR_Amazon
Thank you for this information, @Seller_1dIKeNSaPeTl8! Allow me some time to deep dive these cases and the two ASINs and I will let you know when I have an update.

@TaylorR_AmazonHave you had a chance to review the tickets? Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

Hello @Seller_1dIKeNSaPeTl8, it seems that the information provided within your cases is accurate. Your account does not currently meet the criteria required to list these products due to account metrics, distribution pathways of the brand, or other factors. If your account becomes eligible to sell this product, you will see "Apply to sell" next to the product in the "Add Products" feature in Seller Central.
You will have to create a removal order to get the inventory back.

Hi @TaylorR_Amazon,
What about the other ASIN? You did not address the exemption form and pictures I submitted. For that ASIN I am unable to locate the units. It just says FC transfer for the last two months and I am unable to create a removal order for that ASIN. I expected better for customer service to locate these in limbo units.

@TaylorR_Amazon I am hazmat approved. I do not understand why there are numerous other sellers currently selling this item but my units need hazmat review. Should all the seller selling this need to conduct a hazmat review? I am unsure why this item that went under hazmat review but could not be classified by your hazmat team effects me but others are still selling it? It is the same item shouldn't we all be treated the same way?
Either way it has been two months and my product is collecting dust in your warehouses. Just send the units back to me... As I indicated earlier I do not have an option of to create a removal order.

I can't really speculate on others' statuses, but it might be flagged at various times or have already completed the review. I would recommend inquiring with Seller Support on next steps.

@TaylorR_AmazonPlease help me get my inventory back. There are 12 units of this item still in lImbo. It has been in FC status for 2 months. I need these items found. Are there any other associates that can help here?!?!

Have you opened any recent cases with Seller Support?
Seller_1dIKeNSaPeTl8
I did. It was a chat regarding this issue and another issues. The selling support agent was investigating the issue but the chat "ended" after her "Tanya" not responding after 20 minutes. The ticket number is 17402027741.
Please read the entire chat history.

Hi @Seller_1dIKeNSaPeTl8, these reviews can take some time. It looks like they provided details and next steps about two hours ago.
