Unfulfillable Inventory - Customer Damage Questions / Switchingout for worng different product

So if this is the case why does the customer have no liability and the sellers are just S-O-L?

What happens when I removed unfulfillable inventory and what's returned to me is not what was sold or sent into FBA as per the ordered legit products and return crap scenarios I have been reading about other sellers horror stories? What can a seller do besides bending over and taking it??

If the customer has switched out and returned a different product, you simply just file a FBA returns reimbursement case, and upload photos of the packaging and what was returned.

You can keep me on the loop on the reimbursement case in case FBA does a lot of push back @Seller_NP58jbsdQYrRr and I can further escalate if needed.
