Can't report A+ Content Copyright Infringment for photos
A seller has used a couple of our UGC photos in their A+ content. I'm trying to report the violations via brand registry, but the "Copyrighted images are used without authorization on the product detail page, not the physical product or its packaging" button is greyed out and won't let me select it. What option do I select to report A+ content image infringement?

My name is JiAlex from the Community Manager team here on forums. I wanted to follow up on your post. In regard to this matter, does the images has the TM in it? (like the label or design mark on the product) if the response is yes, you should be able to report it as TM infringement and select the "A product detail page is unlawfully using my trademark (e.g. in product title, product images, product description).
Could you please provide us a screenshot of the situation you are having for us to confirm. Also, please provide us the case ID related to this error.
