problem printng shipping labels.

we have been printing shipping labels via Amazon Buy shipping (and QZ tray) etc for almost 2 years.

Never had a problem until Tusday this week. Printed all our Evri labels with no problems. Then a couple of hrs later, went to print the next lot and BOOM! (see attached) they have started printing just the very edge of the label and HUGE!

Have checked all settnigs and everything is fine. If we print letter/large letter labels it works as normal so guessing maybe an Amazon issue?

Anyone else got/had the same problem
