Inactive in toy catagory?

I have recently sent in a few items in the Toy catagory- These Items were showing as allowed to sell (or I would never have picked them up) Amazon allowed me to create a shipment including these items- a few of them even sold…

Now they are listed as inactive and the only options I seem to have is to request approval (impossible as I do not have a manufacturers invoice, I have a supermarket receipt) or create a removal order. Has there been a change recently? Has anyone else had this happen where previously accepted stock turns to “Approval Required”?

New sellers are now restricted from the toys category and need to request an approval.

And in order for this, you will need to provide Amazon invoices showing a combined purchase of at least 10 items from a reputable supplier.

We have been suspended after a pretty solid start, they claim we may have fake product and Amazon are insisting on evidence that is not common practice in the UK and have over and over again refused the invoices provided. Talking to suppliers and other sellers it appears its becoming more common. Had similar with shopify a while back, told them we don’t use the letters they requested in the UK, they checked and 24 hours later all fixed. Amazon not in the 4th week and they still demand letters the UK suppliers do now use. As a result they are refusing to release our funds causing a number of big issues for us. On top of this the call centre has given me different stories including a promise of funds being released, many many lies and phones put down and the email replies nothing but generic replies that suggest no one reads anything. Beyond a joke.
