Selling for 7 Weeks - No Payments from UK Market Place, despite payments from European
Hello all,
Has anyone experienced issues with Amazon not paying out a specific marketplace?
I sell most on the UK Market place, but I have had a series of fail disbursements and now Amazon are convinced it has been transferred successfully into my account (Which is definitely verified). It hasn’t. And my bank have also told me there are no Amazon payments forthcoming, blocked, or otherwise.
Smaller payments from German, French, Italian and Spanish come through easily, the bigger payments from the UK do not.
Does anyone have any advice? Have I missed something?

Is this a question about Amazon Payments or just the regular Seller Central disbursements?
Since you are a new seller, you will always have to deal with delayed funds availability as your account is under a permanent “Payments based on delivery” reserve:
However, if the delays aren’t related to this, then you might be experiencing temporary technical issues, similar to the ones reported by other sellers over the past week:

Over a month later. Same situation. Failed disbursements and no answers as to why.
Bank account verified.
My bank cannot help trace the IDs.
I’m going round and around in circles with copy and pasted answers from Seller Support.
It’s near crippling my business now.
