Quantity limiting

As a buyer, I have found certain pricepoints on products that are REALLY good - however there is a purchase limit of 5 per account. Adding 5 more to the same cart after purchasing the original qty 5 yields an error in the cart stating that the quantity limit has been reached.

Now, as a seller - when I put in a order quantity limit of (1) in my offer, I have unlimited instances where a customer will be allowed to order (say 10) as multiple transactions.

How/where do i set the 1 per household limitation?

Go to your inventory and set the max quantity you want to allow.

I have converted most of my items to have 'free shipping' so EVERY ONE has the extra costs of shipping in the price.

I LOVE it when someone buys two or three (or 10) since I get extra money for every extra item.

Hey there @Seller_nqHBkkxawmpmz- thanks for surfacing this here on forums. I can share this page on quantity discounts, but I don't believe there is a way to impose quantity limits at the account level. I appreciate your feedback on this though and will make sure it is captured internally!

Best,

Danny
