Signs and plaques now a gated category
Hi,
Yesterday I had one of my most successful listings blocked, Seller Support said I need to relist it as from time to time they change the category selling requirements.
It looks to me like they’ve gated the ‘signs and plaques’ category for some reason.
Has anybody else come across this?
What’s the best plan at getting the listing reinstated, as every time I click the request selling approval button it just tell me they’re not accepting new products in that category.
Account heath is 100%, no violations, VTR is not too bad.
Yet again Amazon have moved the goal posts and caused me mayhem…

Why on earth would they make that category agated one ? - makes no sense to me - unless they just have far too many sellers in the category and don’t want more ??

Thanks for responding, Its a strange one, though to be honest not a surprising one.
I’ve applied to have the browsing node changed to different category, so hopefully this might move the listing to active again. Who knows…

i have had exactly the same, i have a padlock on that now…
no idea why, or whats gone wrong, as my account is fine. i just can’t seem to find out how to even ask why, or how i can reapply or what to do
