I am manager of our company and owner of the account and I would like to apologize for violation of Amazon policies. I am writing to appeal the deactivation of my Amazon seller account, which was deactivated on 16th May 2023. I understand that my account was deactivated due to my violation of Amazon’s Seller Policies, under section 3 seller code of conduct, Restricted Products Policy violation and I would like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or harm that my actions may have caused.

I want to assure you that I take these violations very seriously and have taken the necessary steps to address and rectify these issues. I have carefully reviewed Amazon’s policies and will ensure full compliance moving forward. The root cause(s) that lead to the Section 3 Additionally, I have taken the following actions to Account health and Restricted Products Policy Violations the issues that led to the deactivation of my account. to resolve the issue and what I will do to prevent similar complaints in the future.

I was advised on three occasions that they had been removed from our inventory. I take all complaints and issues like this very seriously below I have added the reason why the items above have been removed.

• We are under review as we listed E-liquid restricted flavour for „electronic cigarettes“ which are restricted from sale on Amazon
• Our listings are uploaded via API interface and in this case we failed to properly check the items before issuing the listing on Amazon. As we were uploading a new batch of products, we wrongly assessed a new category called „E-liquid flavour for e-cigarettes thus the prohibited items were listed.

I am fully responsible for the mistake and we have implemented the following Plan of action.

• We reviewed the Amazon policies paying special attention to Category, Product, and Content Restrictions part in order to know in detail which products are prohibited from sale on Amazon.
• We reviewed Amazon seller university in order to find out more information about the compliance regulations
• We went through the products in each of our categories in order to identify the products which are possibly in violation of Amazon policies in order to be completely sure, that all our products listed on Amazon adhere to Amazon policies.
• We closed all the listings which we identified as prohibited as per Amazon selling policy

Proactive actions taken to prevent future mistakes:

In order to prevent this issue from happening me and my employees did the following:

• We will use Amazon seller university as an educational material and reference material for us and our employees.
• We will always check the Amazon policies when listing new products and we will regularly review the Amazon policies and local law regualtions for any changes.
• We will never list a product where we are not 100% sure, that it adheres to Amazon policies
• New listings will be always additionally reviewed by manager prior to listing by the programmer.
• We will implement into our selling software an automatic system, which will flag for us the potentially restricted products based on the keywords from Category, Product, and Content Restrictions.

• I will ensure that any policy notifications are dealt with as soon as they are received, to prevent any issues from escalating further.
• I will continue to manage my seller account and inventory in accordance to amazon guidelines and policies by regularly checking for any changes or updates.

I have implemented all the above steps to resolve the issues and prevent further complaints of this nature. I have also done a thorough review of our inventory to ensure all products are listed and described accurately to ensure I am not infringing on any trademarks. This will result in products being correctly listed on Amazon platform which will lead to no infringement complaints.

I take full responsibility for my listings being removed and I would be grateful if you would give me the opportunity to be able to sell on your platform again.
