Premium Delivery Eligibility - Appeal

Has anyone experienced difficulties with appealing Premium Delivery removal through the appeal process?

I'm now in day 5 of the dispute. The claim is my VTR has dropped to 75%. I buy all of my shipping through Amazon and the tracker ID is automated so this can not be my issue. I have sent numerous emails to the appeals email and I have either a invalid email address used (which is not the case) so I re submit the email again and get the response I need to provide an plan on how to improve. How can I improve an Amazon automation issue?

5 days and going, this is absolute incompetence in my opinion. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi guys. just seeing what your opinions are on this.

we shipped an order out, customer messages us back to say they were not home. it was delivered to a safe place which was pictured in the tracking.

we asked them a question about it and they then put this reply

"You are clearly not reading what I send and you clearly don’t want to resolve this as a seller. I have no time to play silly games with you. Read what I have sent you and read it properly and you will see how I got the picture. This issue falls with you as you have chosen Royal Mail as the courier. If you don’t issue me a refund I will have no alternative but to leave an honest review of how you have failed to resolve this issue for a paying customer. I will also have to repost yours and my email replies so your customers can see what problems they will face trying to resolve the issue with you. Issue my refund now please as I haven’t got my items and I have done nothing but comply with you"

instantly from experience it looks like they are trying to have us over on this because you dont just do that . so the item has been delivered but i dont know what to do for the best. i think they have just decided to say they dont have it as they know they could easily get something for free.

interested on some thoughts

Product Detail Page Tampering

Hello

I have been hit for Product Detail Page Tampering reason being

Attribute needing correction; brand

Detected inaccurate or inappropriate content; "brand name which is our brand"

Amazon remove my listings

However we own the brand.

Our brand is set up in Brand Registry

We also submitted the certificate from the UK Patent office confirming we own the brand

I also sent product image of my product which clearly have our brand on the packaging and the product itself

Amazon rejected my appeal the reason being we do not have enough information at this time to remove the violation

I even called them twice but they do not help as you are speaking to people in India and whist they try to help - they have limited thing they can do and they do not offer anything much apart from appealing again. On my second call the lady was insisting I made changed to listing recently. I said I hadn't appart from pricing but I concluded she didnt know what she was talking about so I politely ended the call.

I am at a loss what to do now.

The longer amazon this goes on my listing looses rank - I spent so much time and effort in advertising in building up the rank.

Its so frustrsting and i dont think any business can survive will policies like this

Can someone help please

Honestly, all I ask is they actually read the case notes and look at attachments. Is that really too much to ask?

If anyone with any sort of clout at Amazon happens to be reading this, just spend 10 minutes reading some Support Cases, the replies from Amazon Support Staff are literally pointless.

This is just 1 example, I gave up.

No Royal Mail 2nd class option

I've never come across this before but I can't use Royal Mail on one of my FBM orders.

I literally shipped the exact same item last night for 87p but when I went onto this one, a minute later, Royal Mail is greyed out and I can only use Evri.

I've opened a case via SS (11238764102) - was told to use Evri but that method is 3 times more expensive and leaves me out of pocket.

Anyone have any clues - tempted to take a hit on my VTR and use a stamp.

It's to Devon and it's a ship by today - delivery up until 1st of July (the exact same stats as other orders the same).

I'm at a loss as I've tried everything - SS aren't helping (no surprises there).

We're forced to use 'Buy Shipping' but this appears to be a glitch that will leave me with either a hit on my metrics or being out of pocket

Removal costs report

Can someone tell me how do I find report for cost breakdown for each item removed and shipped back to me?

Long story short some of my inventory aged and been removed automatically, and I have noticed that some small items under 100g measuring no more than 10cm 10cm 4cm for some reason are now classed as oversized and fulfilment fees with weight 80kg+ and I'm wondering amazon sneaky changed items weight and charging me 80 quid each to return an item in the envelope!?

I've only noticed two listings and they both same size and both 70 quid + to fulfil each has 1 unit available, but because I think its scheduled for automatic removal listing shows as out of stock so I cannot request dimensional and weight remeasurement. So they going to ship them and charge me 100s of pounds.... and how many they done already?!

So I need a report where I can see all items shipped to me and how much they have charged for the "service" can someone please help? Many many thanks

So, the Customer Reviews page is being discontinued in favour of Voice Of The Customer.

I find VOTC useless. I have a couple of "Very Poor" listings because of Negative Customer Experience (NCX), but it doesn't give any useful feedback. Reviews usually (but not always) give you some information you can work with.

Unless I'm missing something, VOTC doesn't tell me anything about why the customer had a negative experience.

New pack details template

Amazon have introduced a new template for uploading pack information.

Each pack group is now on a different tab.

IT DOESN'T WORK. Don't they test anything.

The groups don't align and once it has been uploaded it will not allow movement to the next step.

It is just exhausting dealing with them.

Come on Amazon what is it all about. I have books for sale that aren’t available, yet I can’t list them. You state available from (whatever date 6 months or so away) which keeps moving week by week and in reality it’s never available. Then this is acceptable, I’m sorry but it doesn’t make sense
