Anyone else having a nightmare getting their account verified?

I would really appreciate if you are able to point me in the right direction.
I have trying to get my basic seller account verified for ages now. They seems to be no way to communicate to customer services. I have been trying to get this doing from September 2020 and have had no luck. I got just one reply to say please unload the bank account under the right name. However I have a Ltd business bank account so I put down my company name as a reference but it seems they wanted me to state my own name as the bank statement was sent to me.
Any one know how I can speak to them (excluding prayer) or is there something I am missing?

You cannot communicate by phone about verification matters - but in any case ALL your info HAS to match exactly with what you have put on Amazon - no exceptions. If your bank account says Joe Bloggs Limited then that is what your account should be called, and make sure you have picked the correct business identity ie Business - Limited Company.

Yes I have selected the right option. I have just received an update and they do not like my business bank statement is addressed to me. The statement does state the name of my limited company, so I will have to send this again to them
