Two Step Verirication Account Recovery
I'm currently facing an issue where I've been locked out of my account and began the Two-Step Verification Account Recovery process on 21/10/24.I submitted a copy of my passport to verify my identity, and I received an email indicating that it would take 24-48 hours for a response.
However, that time frame has passed, and I have not seen any progress. I’ve reached out via phone and email multiple times without resolution.The problem began when I upgraded my mobile phone over the weekend and transferred all my data.
Now, when I try to log in using my email and password, I'm prompted for an OTP from the Authenticator App. Unfortunately, the app on my new phone is not linked to my Amazon account, so I cannot receive the OTP code and access my account.Whenever I contact Amazon Support, I'm informed that my case has been escalated to the Account Recovery team, but I have yet to receive any updates.
Can any mods or anyone please help?
