Where is the Fulfillment Insights Dashboard?

I was able to access the Fulfillment Insights Dashboard via a link in the Amazon news article "New updates to our on-time delivery policy and shipping settings" dated 7/25/2024. My question is how to get to that new dashboard without the link. Where is it?

Go to the "hamburger" (three lines in upper left), Select Inventory>Manage Seller Fulfilled Products.

It would be nice if they told us how to find these things, rather than just a link. Took me a long time to find it.
