Selling my own CD
I have my own, professionally produced and manufactured CD. I own the copyright to everything. Listing my CD with Amazon as a ''new product'' has been a frustrating experience. It is not in the Amazon catalog (and wouldn't be until I list it) but I cannot seem to get beyond the Product Type ''closed lock.'' I have a GS1 US code (GTIN) which Amazon cannot find, because it isn't listed... I keep going in this circle, I have tried for weeks, but keep getting the ''closed lock'' for every category I try to include. I have sent Amazon everything they have asked for, but still can't get anywhere. What am I doing wrong?

Is your GS1 code registered to the brand you are trying to list this CD under?
And I don't know about CD's, but doesn't media have ISBN's rather than UPC's?
