Hello,
I have a policy violation issue. I do not have ANY open listing on AMAZON UK account.
I have deleted all of my listings since am working on AMAZON US. Still I receive this warning (pic1).
I have contacted AMAZON HELP but with no result. They want me to send the following:
– The root cause(s) of the Product Attribute Abuse violation.
– The actions you have taken to resolve the policy violation.
– The steps you have taken to prevent this violation in the future.
I do not even know what policy violation is all about since I do not have OPEN listings on AMAZON UK.
Can someone help me?

You can’t see the problem?
I can see several policy violations in your description.
Violation 1. the item is Generic Unbranded, this means that ANY seller can sell on this listing and you have created the description to be all about you and what YOU offer.
If another seller comes along and wants to sell on this ASIN, they may not want to offer a free gift box or any of the other things you have put in the description that describes YOUR business and not theirs.
Violation 2. You have in the description telling people to go to a 3rd party site (Youtube)
Violation 3. You have put personal information in your description about your business being a 5 star business,(other sellers on this ASIN may not have that claim and you may not either if you get left bad reviews)
Violation 4. you have made reference about a guarantee (you have no right to offer this on a generic listing as you do not represent all sellers on this listing)
You need to remove all of these references to YOUR business and what YOU offer and keep to the GENERIC UNBRANDED listing policy.
I would suggest taking most of the content out of your description and bullet points and keeping it to description of the item only.
Any references of WE only use, is viewed as that, YOU only use and other sellers may not.

By removing the above content, this should make the listing compliant (unless anyone else spots something extra?)

What do you mean by OPEN listings ?
You can get a policy violation by simply listing an item with zero stock

As you can see, AMAZON HELP is not aware of the problem. They are asking ME
“We received your submission but do not have enough information to remove the keyword misuse warning from your account at this time. To remove the warning, please send the following:

– The steps you have taken to prevent this violation in the future.”
if I knew the root cause of the violation, I would have solved it. I ask them what the violation is, and they do not know. Still my account is at risk. For Christ!

is there a way I can figure out where the violation is? am trying to find a notice on a listing or something like that, but nothing!
I mean if there is an actual violation on a product listing, this listing should be in a suppressed category or something.

I could not figure out what the policy violation was nor AMAZON HELP could help me, so I decided to delete all listing on AMAZON UK and focus on US market only.

The policy violation is dated from July so if you had listings back in July, it will one of them
Product attributes are the details, ie material, weight, dimensions etc

Yes, but I do not have any listings active right now. How will I retrieve deleted listings to find out what the violation was.
