Amazon FBA Shipment to amazon
Hi there,
Was wondering if anyone could help, i have sent my products to amazon through ups, and it's now waiting at ups for a future delivery date, it also has not been updated on my amazon shipment page, it still says shipment created, how long until i wll receive an update on this?

It is normal for parcels to sit at UPS awaiting a future delivery date. Normally it is only a couple of days until the parcel is received by Amazon but at peak times I have seen it to be up to 3 weeks.
As for the tracking on the Amazon Shipment page this used to show updates on parcels shipped via UPS. However this has been broken (or removed) for a fair while now. At the moment you wouldn't expect to see any tracking updates on the Amazon Shipment page.

Make sure to keep an eye - my last 2 consignments out of the blue have been rescheduled twice, then just sat there. As soon as I put the claims through they get delivered the next day. Never had it happen before....
