OnTrac not a carrier option on Seller Central Buy Shipping page (FBM)
Does anyone know why purchasing an OnTrac label is grayed out on all my Buy Shipping page options, when my pick up and delivery is in OnTrac's serviceable region?
All it says is "Seller is not allowed to purchase requested logistic service." No other information, and Amazon support is just copy pasting FAQs that verify it should be an option without actually attempting to understand my issue.

Dominic from Amazon here, this is most likely because that carrier will not meet the delivery promise date.
