Long pending order

Hello all.
I’m fairly new to selling on Amazon and would need a bit of advice.
I am aware that sometimes orders are pending for a while but I have an order that has been pending for 4 days now. Is that normal? Anything I need to do?
Also, when/if the order finally gets through, will it have the date of when it was placed, or when it went trhough?

It’s not unusual.
All it usually means is that the buyers payment method has failed for some reason.
It will either go through or usually disappear after about a week (but could be longer).

It will have the shipping times etc based on the date it actually goes through.
